If you believe you should already have received your order, please visit your personal account page to see your order status. If the status is "pending", your order is still being processed. The order processing may take longer if it needs to be checked, if an item is out of stock or if the payment was refused. In each case, we will send you an email and wait for a response before finalizing the order.
If your order status is "Shipped", you can track your order using the tracking number included in the confirmation email that was sent to you when your order has been shipped. This number also appears on the information page for each order shipped and is available through your account page (you have to click on the number to be able to see the information page). If your order has been sent by UPS, go to www.ups.com and track your order with the tracking number that was sent to you via email when your order has been shipped. If your order has been sent by Canada Post and you have received a confirmation number by email when your order has been shipped, visit www.canadapost.ca for more information on the delivery status of your order. If you still have problems, give us a call! All orders can be tracked via the tracking number emailed when your order is shipped via the carrier indicated in your email.
